**1. Cancellation Notice:**

   – If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly.

 

**2. Contact Information:**

   – To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us  as soon as possible.

 

**3. Late Cancellation:**

   – Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered “late cancellations.”

 

**4. Late Cancellation Charges:**

   – Late cancellations may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the session’s cost. This fee helps compensate our educators for their time and commitment including but not limited to lesson planning and preparation.

 

**5. Exceptions:**

   – We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

 

**6. No-Show Policy:**

   – If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

 

**7. Rescheduling:**

   – We encourage rescheduling rather than canceling whenever possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request for a new session time.

 

**8. Multiple Late Cancellations:**

   – Consistent late cancellations/no shows may affect your ability to schedule future sessions with Target Tuition.

 

**9. Tutor’s Responsibility:**

   – We are also committed to upholding this policy and will inform you in advance if there is a need to cancel or reschedule a session.

 

**10. Review and Modification:**

    – We reserve the right to review and modify this cancellation policy as necessary to better serve our students and educators. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
